| It's that time of year again. Time to challenge yourself in ways that you might
now normally. Maybe one of these ways is a triathlon. You can do it if you try
and one of the best ones around is the Benaroya
Research Institute Triathlon at Seafair. This co-ed, sprint distance, triathlon
is great for beginners and seasoned veterans alike. If you are a beginner and
you're looking for tips to make the ride leg more comfortable and faster come
to our free informational clinic. We'll talk about training, transition, riding,
as well as basic race day repairs and answer any questions that you might have. |
