90 Day Service Plan
When we sell you a bike we stand behind it. For the first 90 days of your new bike purchase you can bring that bike in for any adjustments that it might need. Brakes rubbing? Bring it in, we'll fix it. Not shifting correctly? Bring it in, we'll fix it. Now, if you run it into your garage or something of that nature, certainly bring it in but we'll have to charge you for that!
At the end of your first 90 days of owning your bike give us a call, make a quick appointment and bring your bike in so we can give it quick tune up for you. We'll get it back to you the next day! All of this is free to you as the owner of a new Gregg's Cycles Bicycle.
Your Bike is Built by Professionals
Each and every bike that we put on the sales floor has gone through and exhaustive process by our certified mechanics. Bikes come to us partially put together. During the assembly process we do a full inspection of the frame and components to make sure that they are in good working condition and free from defects. We then remove and grease all threaded components, adjust and lube all the bearings that need to be lubed, true the wheels, adjust the deraileurs properly, check all of the bolts and linkages for tightness and make sure the bike rides, well, like new!
Each of our bikes then makes it out to the sales floor and while there they go on a few test rides and get moved around a bit. So before we let you leave with your new bike we make sure to send it back to the mechanics to get the "final check". During the final check we'll make sure that your bike is once again riding like new
Your New Bike Comes with a Full Factory Warranty
All of our bikes come with a full factory warranty. We only deal with the best bike brands in the industry. Brands that service their customers as well as we service ours. In the unlikely event that you have a warranty issue with your new bicycle we work as your advocate with the manufacturer on that issue.
Keep in mind that the factory warranty covers manufacturers defects only. Most frames are covered for the life of the frame while parts and components are generally covered for one year from the date of purchase for the original owner.

Great service is priceless but you won't have to pay too much for it. We guarantee our prices for 30 days. So if you buy it for $10 today and we're selling for $5 in two weeks bring your receipt in and we'll credit you the difference! We want make sure you feel comfortable with every purchase you make from Gregg's Cycle.
Every Bike Gets a Gregg's Cycle Sticker
Bikes get stolen. It's awful, but it happens. Each and every bike that we sell here at Gregg's Cycle gets a Gregg's Cycle sticker. Why does this matter? It matters because each and every bike we sell also gets entered in to our computer system along with your name and phone number. Many times each year we get calls from the police becuase they have recovered a bike with our sticker on it. Often we are able to reunite a stolen bike with it's owner by looking back through our records. We are also able to help if you've lost your receipt and need to make an insurance claim or police report. That sticker is pretty powerful, eh?
