Return Policy

Online Returns or Exchanges
In order to make a return of an item purchased online you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. In order to return a product for full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging unopened. Products that have been opened or that are in a used condition are not refundable. For items such shoes we understand that they must be tried on and we will accept products that have been tried on prior to return. Please do not mount cleats to shoes before you know they fit. There will be no returns of shoes that cleats have been mounted on. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product upon return before issuing any refund. There are no returns on sale items. Please include a copy of your receipt with the product that you are returning. All returns must be within 30 days of the products delivery to you.

In Store Returns or Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item that you purchased in any of our stores you may bring the item back to any one of our three locations for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product upon return before issuing any refund. There are no returns on sale items and all returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the sale and be accompanied by a sales receipt.

Refunds Will Be Issued as Follows
>> Cash (under $50) = Cash
>> Cash (over $50) = A check will be issued within 10 business days
>> Check = A check will be issued within 10 business days
>> Credit Card = Credit Card
